The shipping time shown at checkout is automatically calculated by USPS or DHL. If they say it's 2-day shipping, they mean that is the minimum amount of days it can arrive to you. If you live within a couple of hours away from our shipping centers, then that is an accurate time, otherwise further locations require longer shipping times.
Shipping time starts when the order is dropped off at the USPS/DHL location, not when it's placed. We usually fulfill orders within 2-5 business days of them being placed, depending on the volume of orders. We receive hundreds of orders an hour during our launches, so our team will work as fast as possible to get your order out right away. If you place your order during a launch day, please expect a longer shipping time.
